Located right in the centre of Greytown and just 15 minutes from Martinborough Wine Village, The White Swan is in the heart of the Wairarapa - the perfect place to base yourself for some time away.

We have a great selection of suites and garden rooms available. Our suites are located upstairs within the hotel. The suites are individually themed, providing a truly unique experience. Our garden rooms are offset from the road, each with its own courtyard, and doors out onto the oak trees and neighbouring park.

HOMESTEAD SUITe

Ensconce yourself in what an original Wairarapa homestead room may have felt like, layering in modern elements of comfort and style.  This elegant room pays homage to the timeless beauty and grace of a homestead, with earthy warm neutrals and textures.  A representation of life on the farm, new beginnings and greener pastures. 

Located upstairs within the hotel with a balcony overlooking Greytown. Amenities include free wi-fi, smart TV, tea and coffee, fridge, bath and shower, free onsite parking, plus the usual necessities such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each of our rooms have some beautiful hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The Homestead suite can also have an additional rollaway bed added, please note there will be an additional $40 charge for this service).

Governors suite

The Governors Suite is spacious enough to let you spread out and enjoy the moment or be used as a comfortable and practical meeting room, with a Super King bed in a separate room, and large dining table in the living area. An elegant suite to enjoy for a short or long stay.

Amenities include free wi-fi, SmartTV, tea and coffee, fridge, bath and shower, free onsite parking, plus the usual necessities such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. PINOT NOIR SUITE

Inspired by our wine making region. Wairarapa Pinot offers texture and depth We have designed this room to celebrate all of these characteristics of the local Pinot Noir. This room has a luxurious Super King bed.

dark skies suite

Inspired by Wairarapa’s Dark Skies this room has a super king bed, luscious linen and dreamy dark decor with touches of gold.

Located upstairs within the hotel with a balcony overlooking Greytown’s Main Street. LIGHTHOUSE SUITE

Our Lighthouse Suite presents an elegant coastal decor inspired by the two famous lighthouses on the Wairarapa coast. A simple but luxurious room with two amazing artworks commissioned by local artist Monika Theng. This suite is complete with a Super King bed and captures the morning Wairarapa sun. There is room to add a rollaway bed if required (cost additional, please enquire).

ORCHARD SUITE

Pamper yourself in The Bombay Suite complete with super king bed, sumptuously decorated in autumnal colours making it comfortable, warm, cosy and joyful. A room celebrating our regions apple growing history.

Hunter Suite

The Wairarapa region is renowned for its many forms of recreational hunting opportunities and this is reflected in the witty décor of The Hunter Suite. The ideal space for the active or simply aspiring outdoor types. Complete with Queen bed, riding boots, crop and hat.

Park Rooms and Park Suites

Located in a separate complex at the rear of the hotel :

Park Studio 3, 4 & 5

Delightful and peaceful first storey studio rooms overlooking the trees, lawn and flowers of neighbouring Stella Bull Park. Located upstairs above the Park Suites these stylish rooms come complete with a Super King bed, lounge chairs, private balcony overlooking the park, ensuite and Smart TV.

Amenities include free wi-fi, Smart TV, tea and coffee, fridge, shower, free onsite parking, plus the usual necessities such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each of our rooms have some beautiful hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Park Studios can join to Park Suites to make one larger option (Park Studio 3 & Park Suite 1 join and Park Studio 4 and Park Suite 2 join).

Park Suite 1 & 2

The Park Suites offer the comforts of home in a quiet garden setting, overlooking neighbouring Stella Bull Park. Located on the ground floor, they come complete with a Super King Bed in a separate bedroom (or two singles on request, please note this will incur an additional $40 charge), lounge and bathroom, and access to an outdoor courtyard. These apartment-style suites are spacious - perfect for an extended stay in the village. They can also be joined to a Park Studio to make a larger option for small groups or families.

Amenities include free wi-fi, Smart TV, tea and coffee, fridge, shower, free onsite parking, plus the usual necessities such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each of our rooms have some beautiful hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Park Studios can join to Park Suites to make one larger option (Park Studio 3 & Park Suite 1 join and Park Studio 4 and Park Suite 2 join).

Park Suite 2 has wheelchair access, a disabled toilet and shower.

The Boardroom Suite

With all day natural light, the space is extremely flexible with its large boardroom table (8 people) and a break out space for less formal meetings. The boardroom comes with a kitchenette, private bathroom, outdoor areas and attached accommodation if required. The room includes free wi-fi and a Smart TV that can be used for presentations.
